I would enable the UAC "as it is a big part of your systems protection" and also back up the operating system. Other then, looks clean and simple..

If you do not want to use it, it is your choice, but i would be very careful what Apps you run, as they will have the same access to your PC as you do, this includes reading and making changes to your protected system area's.

I agree on enabling UAC,I really don't find it very annoying at all and mine is set to always notify.
