replace avast free for 360 Internet security , or 360 total security add comodo firewall to one of these and you have a nearly inpentrable fort!!!

use a privacy software like Ccleaner or advanced system care.
use good firewall like zone alarm or comodo.
use a backup program like recuva.
use a vpn or ip protection like free hide ip or safe ip.
install security toolbar.
