You should definitely enable UAC.. I know it may be a little bit annoying, but it's necessary for your computer's safety. You should also add one more on-demand scanner (EEK or HitmanPro), a privacy extension (maybe Ghostery or Disconnect) and HTTPS Everywhere. Finally, if you're not already using it, CCleaner is a great choice for erasing your browsing traces.

Definitely enable UAC.
Some type of Backup solution
ESET 8,Smart Security or Antivirus?
Add CCleaner or Privazer if not already installed.
Add HTTPS Everywhere to Chrome.

Exactly what I wanted to say. @Nox06 you can use Firefox/Cyberfox/Comodo Icedragon(any one of them) for increased privacy.

my suggestion also is to add a password manager to secure your passwords when you are online;)
