I think you should enable your UAC. it can increase your computer security a lot! other looks good.. what was the infection 3 moths ago?

From what you have there, I seem to be clueless onto why you have UAC disabled. It might be annoying yes, but does help in the long run.

Enabling the UAC helps helps prevent unauthorized changes to your computer, its system files or the machine’s registry settings. I would deem this very important.
