Troubleshoot My IPAD is infected with the FBI Scam virus

Hi, I need some help to remove this scam virus from my IPAD tried to remove website data thru safari advanced..but no good

Infection date and initial symptoms:
5/17/16 warning came up that I needed to pay $300 to avoid prosecution
Current issues and symptoms:
safari/chrome incognito locked down
Steps taken in order to remove the infection:
none
What scan logs have you uploaded to this post?:
I did not perform any of these scan

Hello @Fish1817, I assume your thread has been moved here because it is on an iPad. Don't worry, this is not the real FBI or real law enforcement.

If you could export files and maybe do a factory reset? That is an option... Maybe others have better ideas.
