It is very recommend to add an on-demand scanner like malwarebytes. It can find malwares that your AV missed.
I would add to your chrome an extension called: HTTPS everywhere. It is basically encrypt your internet activity in a lot of websites.

Definitely HTTPS Everywhere,WOT and a password manager if you don't have one.An on-demand scanner as MalwareDetective suggested.I like the UAC @ always notify!! Thanks for sharing your config

I see virtual machine testing, so i am assuming you have some sort of back up for your system? A on demand as stated above would be an added asset..
