Good security config ,you may add ADblock plus and NOScript Chrome plugin and Sandboxie for browser virtualization.
It's very important a system backup and recovery solution,I prefer Paragon B&R 2014 free.
You can add MBA and XVirus for on demand scan.(XVirus have real time protection)

Kinda weird not seeing any actual antivirus running in real-time on your machine unless Bitdefender is real-time and not on-demand.Anyway, I would personally add these to increase your level of security.

  • Real-time protection
  1. Avast Free antivirus https://www.avast.com/en-ca/index
  2. Avira Free Antivirus http://free.avg.com/ca-en/homepage
  3. AVG Free Antivirus http://www.avira.com/en/avira-free-antivirus
  4. 360 Total Security http://www.360totalsecurity.com/
  • Free Second-opinion Scanners (On-demand Only)
  1. Malwarebytes Anti-Malware https://www.malwarebytes.org/mwb-download/
  2. HitmanPro http://www.surfright.nl/en/hitmanpro/
  3. herdProtect http://www.herdprotect.com/downloads.aspx
  4. Emsisoft Emergency Kit http://www.emsisoft.com/en/software/eek/
  • Web Browsers
  1. Firefox https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/
  • Privacy Software
  1. Cleaner https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download
  2. Wise care 365 http://www.wisecleaner.com/wise-care-365.html
  3. Cyberghost VPN http://www.cyberghostvpn.com/en_ca
  • Browser Addons (Chrome and Firefox)
  1. HTTPS Everywhere https://www.eff.org/https-everywhere
  2. Ghostery https://www.ghostery.com/en/
  3. Web of Trust (WOT) https://www.mywot.com/

Just a suggestion ... if you are happy with BitDefender on-line scanner then why not try BitDefender Free?

It will be better solution and does not require much user interaction/knowledge.

BD Free + GlassWire will be good combination in your case.

Good config, I would make Bitdefender your Real-Time Protection and not use glassware network moniter as Real-Time.I would also download malwarebytes (free) and use it as On-Demand scanner

Here are straight to the point tips and for better configuration:

1) UAC ( User account Control) design for having permission to a user for elevation privilege rights and with this type of concept you are aware as a user for any execution of program. (Not annoying because its a part of the security capabilities)

Default settings is a much better or the so called (Do not dim my desktop)

2) Glasswire network firewall is for adding better configuration to Windows Firewall but not recommended to rely only cause may factors to infect your system by not just worms so a Realtime AV is needed mentioned by @Paul Lee

3) Bitdefender is not an on demand scanner it contains to be Antivirus where holds both realtime protection and scanning capabilities alongside of drivers attached to the system when installed. Recommendation is MBAM Free and Hitman PRo for daily scanning basis.

4) Backup and recovery, you need an external HDD to save your important files in case of any emergency happen to your computer; or make backup using tool from built in Windows or third party program like Macrium Reflect.

5) Other software to be handy are CCleaner, WPS Office (for productivity), and Foxit Reader (or any PDF Editor/view may do)

:)
