This is my setup, until recently I was using Kaspersky total security. However a friend gave me a great deal on Trend Micro and I have just fallen in love with it.

Please do enable UAC, t least at default level.
Performing data backups is good and all but do consider about image backups. There are some free softwares which are very good at it like Macrium, Aomei, Paragon, etc. or you could try Rollback Rx and shadow defender for whole system restore.

Apart from the fact that you better enable UAC, it looks like a simple and effective config!
You don't see that many people using Trend Micro, but it's an excellent product.

Enable UAC is important.
The user must learn that, when UAC is active, any warning should be interpreted as an indication of a potential threat, and it is, therefore, essential to think about the situation before continuing.
Also, devs should develop software that requires administrative privileges only when they are really indispensable, that unfortunately it is not always so.

Consider some type of system back up solution.

Fine Ive enabled it, at the default. But I wouldnt consider my PC to be at risk, all my experimentation is done in a virtual machine on OSX.

You should enable UAC and I would use ublock origin over adblock. Also if you want a second opinion scanner, I would use zemana over malwarebytes, it has a better detection ratio. IMO malwarebytes is kind of pointless unless you're using McAfee or WD. Other than that it looks good!

Then please update your config accordingly. VM aren't 100% bulletproof, and infection use very sophisticated attack vectors. UAC is not perfect but it help to block some unwanted elevation. disabling it is a risk by itself.

Please go to your original post and hover your mouse over "Thread Tools" in the upper right
From the Dropdown menu click "Edit Thread"
Then add your new UAC level and click "save changes"
