Need assistance with the NOD32 warning message...

Was browing the eset knowledge base page and this was the warning that NOD32 popped up...now is my browser effected with some kinda malware or is it my system or is it something wrong with eset...

please advice...

It blocked something ( ) on a website.
I just checked with Norton and i dont get a warning.

Even Virustotal does not find anything on the website.

checked with malwarebytes and it told me that my system is clean...something is wrong with my computer or browser???
