I do not see signs of active malware in your reports.

Did u check the img i've uploaded.. Some of these files are of 1-4 mb in size but now they are 23-26mb.
Upload one of these exes on virus total and got 24/45 detected.
And the icons of all these exes have changed.

Can you fetch one link from Virustotal for me to see what infection is it.

This in non system partition, and there are no active infections, these are just infected files that you shouldn't run.

As I have said, system partition is clean. You just need to scan your whole PC with your antivirus and to remove anything found.
