Need help removing c:/windows/sysWOW64/dllhost.exe trojan

Hi I almost have the same issue. I noticed a few weeks ago how slow my PC is I run a scan with AVG and it told me 1 threat today 14 with an Trojan Horse Gen. on my c/Windows/SysWOW64/dllhost.exe.
Can I use the same tools and steps?
