They were happening in Chrome, as its the only browser I use, add was unique everytime. it wasnt website specific, if chrome wasnt opened, it would open chrome itself just to display an ad.
I've downloaded adfix, and let that run for roughly 3 hours. havent had a pop up since it done its thing. so i'm assuming that sorted it. Appreciate your help an awful lot, i'll reply back to this thread if i get a pop up again, you can leave this marked as solved
