Need help with arabyonline Malware!

Arabyonline has infected my computer for so long and I need immediate assistance!

Current Symptoms:

- Annoying ads pop up while i browse the internet.

- Cannot change the default search engine on Google Chrome, says its enforced by you administrator, my current search engine has been arabyonline for so long because of this.

I would really appreciate any help!
