Advice Request Netcraft and MB extensions, beneficial or redundant with ESET IS?

I'm running ESET IS and am very pleased with its efficient resource usage and scope of the package, and use Chrome currently with Netcraft and MB browser extensions. Was looking for input as to whether these extensions are beneficial and provide additional protection compared to ESET IS alone, or if their protection would be considered redundant. I realize there are always trade-offs and not any one configuration is best, but would appreciate some guidance on whether running these two extensions is justified along with ESET. TIA!

or you can do this:
Enable parental control in Eset--->block uncategorized website! malware/phishing links all have no categories so they are already blocked! the best protection ever!:emoji_innocent:

I agree, no need for extra extension
ESET, kaspersky, Bitdefender and forticlient have the best web filters over other AVs so they don't need extra extension
Your AV and chrome/chromium forks/Edge should be enough

Netcraft is more than just XSS protection, it gave you a detailed report about the site, ESET probably won't give.

as about MB , not needed.

Malwarebytes clearly disclosed that this extension is in beta and that false positives will occur.

Been using nano + netcraft and ditched malwarebytes extension few days ago, theres huge difference in load times when browsing without mb extension

av + https://hosts-file.net/pup.txt should be enough

There is a massive load difference. It's why I've uninstalled it on Comodo Icedragon.
