Network Monitor in Taskbar

Hey guys can you help me to get the following software...

It allows you to see the Upload and Download speed in your taskbar..



This video has such software .. Can you please post the link for it.. I would be much obliged

The only thing I use here is the "Floating bar" that you can place anywhere on your desktop. It shows Network usage up/down and CPU usage in %.
I would love to have a app like this with only the "Floating bar" showing Network usage up/down and CPU usage that is not Chinese made.
Anyone in the forum up for some programming?
