I found this wonderful resource while trying to find solutions to the Dept of Justice Ransomware MoneyPak scam.
I tried all the methods outlined, but none worked. I am now trying to make a Kaspersky rescue CD recommended in the comments. However, both the installer [InstallQ] and the burner registered as adware and malware on Ad-Aware. I don't know if my software just didn't recognize the products or if someone deliberately posted malicious code for those seeking help.
I'm grateful to find there are still good natured people out there will to help people. Thank you so much for this place and your help.
