Why do you think this change is not available for home users? I am sure that Emsisoft makes this new behavior blocker available for all software versions.

It was said that the new features will now only be released on business products.

I can't find any information about this in Emsisoft's explanations. It is only pointed out to users of the Enterprise version that this update may be delayed.
