CCleaner or Privazer if not already installed

Good config but

• Add on-demand scanners example EEK,Zemana
• Install Https everywhere and uBlock to browser
• Install Ccleaner,LastPass and Privazer
• Backup your data to external harddrive or cloud(example Dropbox,Mega)

Since you use ESET Smart Security trial version, if satisfied then no problem to purchase license; for alternative as free version: Avast Free. Avira Free, Or Qihoo 360 TS (multi engine) can be capable as realtime protection.
