Since you are using the CIS, may use their highest maximum settings as possible.

You can use their virtualization mode so called Kiosk where you may test some application through virtual environment testing.

No mate. I'm just using Comodo's Secure DNS (http://www.comodo.com/secure-dns). I use Avast IS
