No internet after running Malwarebytes, need a fixlist?

After she lost her internet connection, she got a hold of me. After searching around, I've found a few threads here from users with similar issues. From what I can tell, I need a fixlist but I have no idea how to create one. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've attached an FRST,Addition and a screen cap of the error message received when trying to open a browser.
