today some guy on CNN said in 2 years, we will have AI making / improving on AI. with no human in the loop. And he says that's a scary thing to happen. And companies are working towards that today.

This is all driven by the $17 billion Meta law suite settlement. They are trying to cover their liability. Make no mistake they didn't care about humanity until the lawyers stepped in.

If they cared about humanity they wouldn't go to IPO and OpenAi would of stayed a nonprofit as originally planned.

Why AI has not had a kill-switch or dead-mans chest is unbelievable. They don't want to stop it they just want the money when they go public on the stock exchange.
