Nokia 6 cannot connect to the internet

hello everyone maybe some of you can help me, Nokia 6 can't connect to the internet using either wifi or cellular data .

Check airplane mode is disabled.
Are you using a VPN?

I don't use a VPN service.
My Nokia 6 is using android 9.
