That is where I grabbed my version as well. I however had to uninstall and reinstall twice to have live update kick off for some odd reason. Probably my connection since there are some serious upgrades on it...
 
If I download this now, is the expiration date 6 months from today...? I remember a facebook promo that I downloaded around May 2012 but the end date was still October 2012(less than 6 months)....is this the same with this..?

I have not try Norton for quite some time now, you should get full 6 month trial period but you'll need to create a new account to register.
