For those of you who are new to Norton DNS, it secures your entire home network against unsafe and undesirable web sites. It automatically blocks unsafe Web sites before you visit them, for any device connected to your home network

For families, Norton DNS can block inappropriate content with a single click and unwanted sites will be blocked from all your connected devices.

For those of you who use Norton DNS, the new version offers 3 pre-configured policies and you do not need to have a Norton account to use them. The three policies allow you to block:
  1. Malicious sites
  2. Malicious sites + porn
  3. Malicious sites + porn + non-family friendly content which includes sites that feature mature content, abortion, alcohol, crime, cult, drugs, gambling, hate, sexual orientation, suicide, tobacco or violence.
Custom policies are not available with Norton DNS v2. However, existing users, you can still access your Norton account and continue to use and modify your custom policies.
