Norton has SONAR feature which I think is a "killer" function for their product. However, I still choose ESET for their system impact (lightweight) and fast scanning process.

I have a problem with FP with cloud detection. It really messes things up, and the computer is running massively slow

Eset has great signatures and it's one of the best AV's in the market. Norton too has good signatures and cloud protection. However when it comes to zero day protection, Norton wins for me because of it's impressive Sonar detection.

I'm currently using Symantec Endpoint Protection (I know it's different) but am liking Symantec and Norton, customer support is amazing, but so is ESET, hard choice. Sorry could not help, but choose via a month's trial of each. Tony :)
