I think this new Norton 360 v24 is still in development mode. Because while downloading video or any file through the Internet download manager, my laptop hangs (like 50% performance lag), and the downloading speed reduces from 30 MB/sec to 20 MB/sec. First, I thought it was an IDM fault, but today I tested uninstalling Norton v24, and everything is back to normal. Again, I tried installing Norton v24, and hang and speed reduction issues came again. Norton's CPU will be at 40–60% while downloading. I also tested in terms of performance while downloading in Chrome without IDM., which was at the same 15-20 MB/sec with a little less hang (like 20% performance lag) and CPU usage at 25–40%.
