Solved Novo button dosen't boot to BIOS When pressing ENTER. (Lenovo z580)

I know I posted a post about this before but I'm more knowledgeable on how to get to the BIOS on my PC now except I want to downgrade to win7 but I can't because when I press enter on the bios utility after I get to the Novo button options. It dosen't boot to the bios. Instead it doesn't respond. It works when going to the desktop from the NOVO Button utility. But it does not respond when I press enter on the BIOS Utility. Any solutions? I don't know how to do a bios flash and if its dangerous it might not even work since the Utility seems to be acting up. P.S My main keyboard does not work so I can't do fn+f2 :| I use a USB keyboard...
