Smartscreen and Firewall disabled, no backup plan mean a risky configuration.
You should resolve these gaps.
1) Smartscreen has a lot of False Positives
2) I have ESET and i also think that Windows Firewall is useless since it doesn't protect you from anything (Viruses etc..)
3) I don't have anything to backup. No Photos, Videos, Documents... Im using my laptop only for browsing (And play some games to)

1- but better than being infected via a mlaicious link or file
2- you use Nod32, it is an AV, firewalls are not made to protect against viruses, but to block inbound unwanted connections.

Enable Windows Firewall and if already enabled edit your config.
As already suggested consider using a system backup solution & enabling Smartscreen.
Consider an additional on demand scanner(s).
Thanks for sharing your config :)

I don't see logical reason to disable Windows firewall since it doesn't affect on the performance and helps rejecting the attacks from the outside without problems.
But we do try to give just good suggestions.

Maybe today, you are behind your ISP box or your own router, and there is an inbound firewall that protect you (maybe... I don't know... I hope !)

But you are using a laptop, so maybe you are moving... or if you are not moving maybe one day you will move...

Last month, my son went to the hospital for two days:(, free wifi :) -> Go Notebook ! :D

We were happy to have the Windows firewall in "public mode".

I'm sure that you have heard of wannacry and it's ability to self propagate on a network, and all the new stuff that Shadow Brokers try to sell to black hat today. ;)

It's better to have Castle moat full of crocodiles when you are in an hostile environnement. (internet is an hostile environnement).

Why Firewall disabled? Oh, and firewall applications are not designed to protect against malware but to protect against ingoing connections, which can be dangerous or also to block the internet access to a certain application, or, again, block connection attempts from a malware.

Why OS File Reputation disabled? It can help you to avoid malware infections.

Add ZAM Free.

Follow suggestions about backups.

Thanks for sharing.

Smartscreen gives me zero false positives.
