This old Dell Inspiration is a good little laptop for using a few MS Office products. That's about it. I had Avast Pro installed as my primary virus protection. But when it would start its "quick scan" late at night, I would come to the PC in the morning with it frozen at 7%. I had to do a hard reboot (sometimes several times). When I called Avast Tech Support, they took over the PC and found some Trojans and Malware and then told me I either had to take it to Geek Squad or pay them $175 to have someone come out to fix it. I had to completely uninstall Avast Pro to get this PC to run. I would like to try to do this myself. Thanks, Rob Caldwell
