Troubleshoot Only power plan Balanced available on windows 10

Hi, these days I found that I have only balanced power plan but no high performance, or battery save and ultra performance. I tried every fix on YouTube but still didn't work out, anyone know how to fix it?

I’m trying to adjust some more specific power settings on my surface pro 4 and as such i need to disable the registry entry CsEnabled in HKLM / System...

Hi, i think the latest update has removed the CsEnabled option and additional power plans aren't available... plz help with it.. Thanks in advance....
