Opera 60.0.3255.56 Stable update

Hi,

This is an Opera Stable update with new crash fixes.

We also introduced scaling of Speed Dial tiles for 4k and Full HD screens and fixed the Chromecast pop-up.

Chromium version was updated to 73.0.3683.103.

Would anyone be so kind to post when AppContainer works on Windows 8.1 and higher (warning: at the moment enabling the flag makes Opera unusable)

Opera isn't my browser, anyway I tried to enable AppContainer, but it's still broken like before

Probably should just contact them and ask for fix, not sure how important the container flag is in reality

Opera is probably best looking browser, but it has alot problems and lately their blogs receive alot rants
