First just a very fair headsup when it comes to Operas developer and also beta versions. Don't be surprised, when they crash. I dropped them both for the stable version years ago, but sure even that one had it's fair share of issues.
1. Home page ( click the link for the correct guide ) :

Settings ( Alt + P ). Scroll down to “Appearance.” and click on " Customize fonts ". Works for sites with non-fixed fonts. Example:
