There is no way to decrypt this malware at the moment unless you pay to the bad guys what I do not recommend. You don't need to reinstall your system because this malware executes, it encrypts files and then it deletes itself.

i have osirus virus in my Nas drive is it finished not all files encrypted i unpluged the source pc from network 2 hours after it started
