Osiris infection today - what next?

Arrrgh!... It's not been a good day :(

I've done what I can (see actions) to try and restore some order to the mayhem, but have I done enough? Do I need to delete EVERYTHING from my laptop and start from scratch?

Also, I don't suppose there is any hope of retrieving any files from my hastily removed USB stick, is there? :(

Hello,

There is no way to decrypt this malware at the moment unless you pay to the bad guys what I do not recommend. You don't need to reinstall your system because this malware executes, it encrypts files and then it deletes itself.
