Hi Fiery I have run the OTL thing and the other one as suggested mw something and I have saved them as directed. I have not yet attached them as I was unsure where to put them being a first time user I am very distressed trying to work my way around these things as I am not brilliant at the ins and outs of computers. I am trying to remove the snap.do toolbar that I inadvertently downloaded the other day. I found on youtube how to do it and it worked fine but then yesterday it popped up again but only here and there and since then my facebook doesn't work properly and I notice google has in green https:// you know the secure site but it is mucking up my facebook and I don't know if it is a coincidence or not. If you could reply to this and tell me where / what forum I post the screenshots etc and scans I did last night I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks mate.
