Troubleshoot Outlook 2013 issue

When I'm on the reception box of Outlook 2013, the right window does not show the other messages of the same type.
Can you help me ?

It's something with the view. Go in view and disable stuff until you see which one is the one you have an issue with.

Thanks for your help and sorry for the delay but I was out of home for myt work.
I look to your parameters but even if I choose "off" there is no change, and my problem persists.

I don't know french but i played around with my outlook and it looks the same when i have people on. If i put it to off the box goes away. No clue what you tell you.

Hum I think we are not exactly talking about the same problem
In fact I have the box but it is empty... and previously I saw the list of all the mails from the same sender.
