  1. This setup configuration does not have a backup plan. We strongly recommend to add a backup solution for your data so that you can restore it in the case of an emergency.
Backing up allows the recovery of data that has been lost due of a malware attack (eg. ransomware) or a hard disk crash. In such events you might lose family photos, your music collection, documents, or financial data. Backups are fast and simple to perform so it should be done on a regular basis.

It is always good to have a system backup.
For example, I installed F Secure a few days ago to test it, it made me give up Hitmain pro, ZAM and Shadows Defender. and to top it off I didn't work WFC.
And then restore with Macrium Reflect, and in 15 minutes it's the same as before installing F Secure.(y)

What's the benefit of it?
Since all sensitive data is protected by OneDrive in case of any failure it will take not longer than 1 hour to set up a fresh system with all drivers etc.
Data Backups increase security drastically. System Image Backups doesn't. But it saves time and nerves. Why wasting hours of reinstalling and reconfiguring when all can be restored in the matter of minutes if something ever goes wrong...

How much time take whole system backup in Macrium?
For my 40gb system, 5 minutes for a backup and around 7 minutes to restore .

What's the benefit of it?
Since all sensitive data is protected by OneDrive in case of any failure it will take not longer than 1 hour to set up a fresh system with all drivers etc.
And if you do a backup right after you finished a clean install, installed your drivers and only the essential programs, restoring the backup would save you lot of time (10mn max) while ensuring a safe environment.
You know I heavily promote clean installs over upgrades, so I fully understand and agree with your position, but restoring a clean installed system image backup is way more productive .
