Thanks for your advice, but Haozip is very usefull, I don't like Windows 8/8.1 also Revo is Free and Vlc,WinAMP are doing there job well.

... Why would he remove VLC and Revo Uninstaller ? They are two really good pieces of software.

Remove Windows 7
ADD Windows 8.1 Pro

Remove Firefox
Add Google Chrome
 
Paul.R, welcome to the wonderful land of Windows 8.1,;) and I speak on behalf of everyone with the hope it performs flawlessly for you. I truly liked the improvements over 8 which 8.1 provided, and I like Chrome too!:D

I have tried Chromium browser before on linux which feels nearly identical to Chrome as, imho, it is it's parent.;)
Chromium portable version 39.0.2145.4, I read, "..makes sure no unnecessary registry entries are created or left behind after uninstalling..." since it's extracted onto an external USB flash drive, and keeps your system light.

Remove 8

Add VLC
Remove Potplayer

Remove KAV
ADD Dr Web SS 9

Plus minors updates!

Windows 7 is by far the more popular in our home. My son has it, and my wife's using it now which leaves me the Windows 8.1.:(;) KAV was actually an added birthday gift to my son (he'd been using MSE) ..so it's about time I checked that he is doing as you!!:D

Update: From your example, I shall look into Dr. Web SS 9.:):)

KAV was doing his job right but Dr Web is doing his job very well.

I have a demo-license.(i don't have support for a demo license, i think...)

I use that, but same result.

Add Matlab R2008a

Add Dr. Web for Android.
