Ah, no I have not. Admittedly, the possibility of my router being part of the problem did not occur to me. I shall go look up how to do that after work today.

Hi, I have the exact same problem and I don't think it could be my router because it pops up occasionally no matter where I am, at a friends house, at home etc and have tried all the same tips mentioned above e.g. hitmanpro, malwarebytes, adwcleaner. I am using Avast Antivirus. Could anyone help with this?
