Anyone know if PhrozenSoft Virus Total Uploader is supported any longer?

No download link any longer on the website and update utility cannot connect to server.

Maybe developer is just revamping website?
 
Have been using it for quite some time and have not seen an update to it since the beginning. Just when I try to manually update I got this (refer to screenshot)

They really might have removed support for it because I remember going to manually update a few weeks or months ago and I did not get this error.
