Please help: can't remove Tc.tradetracker.net malware!

Apparently I have a Tc.tradetracker.net on my browser (both on my Windows 10 PC and on my Android Device).
I've recognized it because a link in an article I wrote, is redirecting me to this link.

I've ran and installed several antivirus and malware detection tools with no avail.
I've reseted and deleted the browser data and stopped the sync to other devices, and it doesn't help.
