I have perfomed similar actions on my own before, removing another malware bug, but this time, feel like I need some guidance. I can go rather quickly through the steps that I hope you will provide me. Dell Laptop - Dell Precision M6700 64bit. Windows 7. I typically use Google Chrome for browser, and have several settings applied to use with often used sites. I'm normally very careful about downloading anything, but the PDF converter that I wanted to use ( and I use regularly) asked for plug-ins to be updated from the home page of the Infran Site,, and in attempting this, must have downloaded the Vosteran infection from there. I am readily available 8PM - 12AM EST and can dedicate focused time then , if that works for you! thanks in advance, Brad
