Solved Pop up viruses

Hi,
I get pop up viruses a few times a day. I've tried numerous anti-virus programs (Malwarebytes, SpyHunter, Adwcleaner, McAfee, Zemana, etc.). Nothing works. Please see attached screenshots of the pop ups.
Please help!

Is this happening in every browser and on every website you visit or only on certain website?

IE only. When I use Mozilla, I get no pop ups. Also I noticed yahoo.com on IE sometimes get this image8.pubmatic.com pop up.

I've tried that multiple times - doesn't help at all. I've had this problem for a couple of years. Recently even reinstalled Windows. I believe I have it in one of my programs. Most likely this started after I'd downloaded Babylon software like 2 years ago

I don't see malware in your logs. This is probably website related and you should ignore such warnings or try another browser.
