Hi,

My Computer is not able to update or download from browsers or softwares that uses launchers for games like GTAV etc.
I tried to download and install a Antivirus but I could not, it would not allow me. The procedures would just lead me to endless loops of "loading" or "downloading" message.
I assume the Windows update has to do something with this. I tried my best and now I am asking you if you could help me with this situation?
The only thing I could do is download and install CCleaner but it is not worth it. When I tried Malwarebytes I would be stuck in a restart loop as soon as I reach desktop window.
I tried with several others but they do not work at all as well. I am currently trying with "Trend Micro HouseCall" and it seems it is downloading. I wonder if it will be able to install.
Latest things I updated on my PC is Windows itself and .NET Framework which needed to be installed with the game. Could that be the issue? I
