Powershell has stopped running...continuous pop ups

I have the same problem. Powershell stopped working, my CPU and Memory were 100%. After cleaning with Malwarebytes and AVG and Avast, I still get the "powershell is not woking" pop ups, both CPU and memory usages improved a little bit but continuously gets high spike of usages. Please help.
