Longtime paid HitmanPro user here. It's just a workhorse of a software and exceeds my expectations at times. It has to be run with compatible disk access on Insider builds, but that's OK. My machine seems "naked" without it.

If you use Kaspersky as your primary AV, I'd say just have NPE. Otherwise I would add KVRT
