Seems to be working MUCH better. Pro PC Cleaner isn't listed initially under programs list, but it does show at the end of the the list with a different icon along with Itibiti RTC - which I don't recognize.

My printers are listed again tho!

FRST search

Once again we shall use FRST for additional checks. Re-run FRST/FRST64 by double-clicking:
  • Copy Pro PC Cleaner;Itibiti;Speech into the Search: field in FRST then click the Search Registry button.
  • FRST will search your computer for files and when finished it will produce a log Search.txt in the same directory the tool is run.

Download attached fixlist.txt file and save it to the Desktop:

Both files, FRST and fixlist.txt have to be in the same location or the fix will not work!

  • Right-click on
    FRST.gif
    icon and select
    RunAsAdmin.jpg
Run as Administrator to start the tool.
(XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File).
  • Press the Fix button just once and wait.
  • If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
  • When finished FRST will generate a log on the Desktop, called Fixlog.txt.

Please attach it to your reply.

ok. i used to type in things on web address line to search google ... instead of opening up google and then typing my query in ... bc i am lazy ... this way to search moves a lot slower now and sometimes gets stuck when i do that (just sits with a blank page) ... not sure if this is related! Printer seems to work again. Everything else seems to be working well. This came up on a malwarebytes scan & AVG Antivirus scans just now ... is it something to be concerned about
