Replace Superantispyware with Emsisoft Emergency Kit or HitmanPro.
You should also make backups of your system (Macrium Reflect is great for this)

Thank you very much Just Changed it to Emsisoft Emergency Kit and it already found something ( a riskware.netTool A )

Did you scan with ESET & Zemana also?
Are you using ESET Smart Security 9 or ESET Internet Security 10 ? Please edit your config to reflect this.
You could enable smartscreen even with Eset Smart Security
Replacing SAS is a good move.
Consider some type of data & system backup solution.

yes i already scanned with eset and ZEMANA but they didnt find that one
am using ESET Internet Security 10 . sure update it .
ok will Enable smartscreen.
Will see some of System backup Solution in this section will give me a good idea about ^^

Get aomei backupper standard or easeus todo backup free or macrium reflect free and backup! That is a big part in overall safety and protection. Rest looks cool. Thanks for sharing!
