Advice Request probblem when booting linux mint cinamon

hey guys! i`m new to linux and encountered a problem and I don`t know how to fix.
when my laptop is with the power cord on it boots up immediately. when it`s on battery power it doesn`t boot. i must force close it from the power button. it takes 3 times to force close from to power button to boot properly. any idea what to do? is it something related to the battery power options? hope you guys can help me.
using mint cinamon.

it seems i found a way to repair the problem- updated the kernel. all is fine for now, i`ll give the feedback after a few days.
