Hello,

You need to uninstall Chrome from Control Panel.

Make sure to check Also delete your browsing data box.

After you finish this, you need to delete Google folder from following locations:

%PROGRAMFILES%
%PROGRAMFILES(x86)%
%LOCALAPPDATA%
%PROGRAMDATA%

After you are done with this, install Chrome again.

Thank you this worked, now if I can only get my Synapse to work like it did prior to this infection and vudu.com ill be golden, Too bad both supports for them are useless :/
